Theses Apps can be beneficial to track your thought patterns or simply help you unwind with guided meditations. Whereas I don’t have Anxiety, I’ve found theses app’s can work well for me. Especially when I’m felling stressed by something outside my control an need to relax.

Currently ‘mindfulness’ has been somewhat hijacked by the “hipster currency” and they have reinvented it as it as ‘meditation’…. go figure! But either way it simply means paying more attention to your thoughts and feelings in the present moment, which should lead to better mental wellbeing, according to the NHS. I’ve found I can use this app at work, at home or on the train, before sleep . There are exercises on everything from managing anxiety and stress to breathing, sleep, happiness, calm and focus.
The Pacifica app is said to provide you with psychologist-designed tools to address stress and Anxiety based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation, and mood/health tracking.
It an app some of its followers swear by. I know people who use this on a daily basis. I have friend who uses after her yoga class.
